American Traditions Competition
March 25-29, 2008
The American Traditions Competition for singers celebrates the vocal music repertoire of the United States. America's musical genres represent excellence and artistic integrity, and our Competition seeks to increase performance of these genres. These include art songs, operatic excerpts, blues, jazz, cabaret songs, hymns, spirituals, musical theater, songs from film and television, and popular songs penned by American composers over the last two centuries. It is our desire that the Competition will create greater appreciation for American music.
This contest will be held in historic Savannah, Georgia, during the 2008 Savannah Music Festival.

A Casa Musica
Tuesday April 8th at 7PM
This is to announce an exciting addition to the A Casa world. No, not an A Casa baby...But maybe it's the next best thing...A Casa Musica!
Well, we're finally making it official. Paul and I are teaming up with Joe Baker, a conductor and pianist on and around Broadway for over 20 years. Together we'll be pairing the A Casa experience with Jazz, Folk, Italian love songs, 1920's Americana, Standards, Broadway, Pop and lots in between.
To launch A Casa Musica, some very talented friends and I will be singing along with Joe and his band while Paul cooks his favorite recipes and pours some special wines.
This very special evening will take place on Tuesday April 8th in a loft just north of Madison Park. Prosecco will start flowing at 7:00PM.
A limited amount of all-inclusive tickets are on sale now. Price is $250 per person.
Please contact me for booking information. Space is limited.
